Why do you have such a range of different styles of cards?
Everyone is different. Choosing a card for someone is very difficult and therefore we have given you a range of styles.

What is the easiest way to pick a card?

The easiest way to pick a card is to click on the “Card Ranges” button at the top of each page. The drop down boxes list the cards by type and you can then select the range of pet cards that you would like to look at. For detailed instructions on how to view, select and purchase a card please click on the “How to Order” button at the top of this page.

How do I order a card?

There are two ways to order a card. To order a blank card to be sent to your address click on the “Add to Basket” button below the picture you have picked. To order a personalised card to be sent to the person of your choice click on the “Personalise” button. By clicking either of these buttons you will be taken to the shopping basket page where your purchase details will be shown.
 

No – you can change your mind as many times as you like. Each time you click on an “Add to Basket” or a “Personalise” button you will be taken to the shopping basket page. At this point you can amend the details, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. At this point you will also be shown the total purchase price of your shopping. Please note that if you increase or reduce the numbers of cards on the shopping basket page then you need to click on the “Update Basket” in order to save your changes.
 

The home page says that I can personalise my cards. What does this mean?

On all of our cards (except the Hamsters) you can ask us to personalise a card and we will print and post the card for you. You pick the sentiment, the font type and provide us with the recipient’s details.
 

Not a problem! The price is the same whether you have the card personalised or not.

As many as you like as we have no minimum or maximum Order value.
 

The price under each card includes VAT and postage and packaging. The price is the same whether you order a blank or a personalised card. There are no hidden charges. The price you see in the shopping basket is what you will be charged at the checkout and what will appear on your credit / debit card statement.
