How to Order

 To view the ranges

• To view the cards available to buy simply click on “Card Ranges” at the top of each page.
• The cards are arranged according to the pet i.e. dog range.
• Use the arrow buttons to move from page to page within a range.
• To view a different range of pet cards click on “Card Ranges.”

To select a card

 There are two ways to select a card.

• To select a blank card to be sent to you click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button beneath the card of your choice.  This will automatically take you to your shopping basket. At this point you can view the contents of your basket and either amend the shopping (please click on “Update Basket” to save your changes,) continue shopping or move to our secure checkout.
• If you would like to send a personalised card to the person or pet of your choice simply click on the “PERSONALISE” button beneath the card of your choice. This will take you to a separate page where you can choose what you would like to say and the font required. The name and address of the recipient will be required and once details are confirmed this card will be added to your shopping basket.

To purchase a card

• When you have finished your shopping please proceed to the checkout.
• This can be reached in two ways – if you are on the shopping basket page simply click on “SECURE CHECKOUT” button. If you have left the shopping basket you can reach the checkout by clicking on “VIEW CART” which is at the top of each page.
• This will take you to the checkout which is a secure payment processor supplied by PayPal and the total value of your shopping basket will be shown.
• Please note that all prices shown underneath the card pictures include VAT and postage and packaging to anywhere in the UK and Europe.
• If you have a PayPal account please enter the information requested.
• If you do not have a PayPal account then we welcome a range of credit cards which will be processed safely.
• Once your payment is processed we will send you an automated response as an acknowledgement and a thank you for your order.
